This is a real estate agency like no other. Modern House only represents architect-designed houses, and is an advocate for their preservation. 

 

The challenge

The brief was simple: position Modern House as a thought-leader to make sure the client stood apart from its competitors. The scope? Content strategy, content creation, SEO and influencer outreach.

The result

The Modern House journal, ‘Design Design Design’ (not Location, Location, Location - get it?) was established. Thought-provoking articles stimulated community discussion, while influencers such as Katelin Butler, Karen McCartney, and Tim Ross contributed their own opinions. Well-crafted articles, specifically optimised for search engine keywords helped broaden reach. All backed up with a sound social media strategy, resulting in an Instagram following growth rate of over 400% in year one.
