Integrated Specialist Healthcare is transforming the healthcare sector.
Their model is actually quite simple: get the best GPs, specialists and diagnostics all under one roof, and give people access to it at the lowest possible cost.
It’s a total game-changer; for the patients, and the industry as a whole.
The challenge
But communicating the new model that wasn’t that easy. The existing website was confusing and ambiguous; a virtual rabbit-warren of red tape. There were also multiple audiences to consider; the patients, the doctors, and the government and non-government stakeholders.
We started with key message development, before creating a website strategy, content strategy, and SEO strategy. Working with the clever folks at The Design Order, we project-managed a simplified, easy-to-navigate and compelling website that took the customer on a journey with purpose. Plus, we crafted the copy for the entire website - all 158 pages.
