Research
I’ll start by asking you loads of questions to get to know everything about your brand. Some of the questions you’ll know the answer to, some will challenge you to think.
Workshop
We’ll get together over Zoom so that we can get to the nitty-gritty of your brand, and workshop possible directions for the brand story. It’s worth remembering that the best brand stories go hand-in-hand with brand strategy. I can help with that too.

I’ll research even more; your audience, your brand, competitors, out-of-category best practise.
Draft
This is where the pen hits the paper (or the keys hit the typewriter), and my team and I will craft your story.
Feedback and refinement
